The UKRLG has six Boards - the UK Roads Board, the UK Bridges Board, UK Lighting & Technology Board, the UK Network Management Board, the UK Asset Managements Board, and the UK ABC Board.

There are a number of groups that report to the Boards. The UK Roads Board has the Footways & Cycleways Group, the Road Condition Management Group, the National Winter Service Research Group. The UK Bridges Board is also linked to the Bridge Owners Forum.
